Bartlett HOA Board
The Bartlett HOA Board of Directors consists of five volunteer officers who represent the members of the HOA in various matters. The day-to-day operations of the building, including but not limited to building maintenance, coordinating vendors, bookkeeping, and formation of the HOA budget and reserve study are managed by Campion and Company, an outside vendor hired by the HOA. For a more complete definition of the Board’s roles and responsibilities, please refer to the Bartlett Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Reservation of Easements (CC&Rs).
The current Bartlett HOA Board consists of the following:
President - Charles Tien
Vice-President - Jeannine Denholm
Treasurer - Brian Blake
Secretary - Terry Roberts
Member-at-Large - Luke Raimondo
Charles is a USC Leventhal School of Accounting alumnus graduating magna. He spent two years at Deloitte and Touche (Los Angeles) where he obtained his CPA licensure. Subsequently he joined Walt Disney Pictures and Television where he was an analyst for their studio productions. After five years at Disney, Charles joined 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment as a Manager of Finance. Currently, Charles is a Director of Finance at Paramount Studios, where he oversees the Financial Reporting for their Home Entertainment division. Charles brings 9 years of corporate finance experience to the management team.

Vice President - Jeannine Denholm
Jeannine is an Emmy award winning television producer with show credits on NBC, CBS, Animal Planet, TLC, and HGTV. She started her TV career in broadcast journalism and has been a news reporter, producer, and writer in various markets across the country. Currently she is a producer on the nationally syndicated talk show "The Doctors." In addition to her television experience, she writes about life in Downtown Los Angeles for publications like Angeleno, 944, and blogdowntown.com and does freelance PR for several Downtown businesses.

Brian has a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Communication from
Cal State University, Northridge. After college, Brian joined Great Western
Bank as a Training Specialist and then spent four years conducting management
development workshops across the
United States for Apria Healthcare. Brian is now the Vice President of
Human Resources for a financial services company where he oversees Human
Resources, Training and Development, and Facilities.

Terry is Chief Operating Officer of a Santa Monica based software company. As COO, he is responsible for leading innovative process change as well as the daily operations of the company. He received a BA from Pomona College in economics and is currently pursuing his MBA at the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management. Terry has lived at the Bartlett Building since 2006, and as secretary is responsible for memorializing all actions taken by the Board.
