The Bartlett HOA Committees are made up of volunteers who are dedicated to improving the structural, cultural, and financial stability of the Bartlett Community.  To find out more about one of the committees or to inquire about volunteering, contact the committee Chair.

Architecture and Décor Committee

The Architecture and Décor Committee exists for the control of the structural, landscaping, architecture, and design of the property as outlined in the CC & R’s. Current projects include the remodeling of the lobby/concierge station, and obtaining new décor for the rooftop and elevator landings.

Communications Committee

The Bartlett Communications Committee’s primary focus is to enhance communication among residents, homeowners, the HOA Board, and the management company (Campion and Company).
